Do you need advice on your surge equipment?

In the unfortunate event of equipment failure, trained technicians are available to provide you with support on your system. We find most queries can be dealt with via telephone, however if onsite support is required you can be reassured that a Qualified QED Engineer will be available.

All QED projects are allocated a four-digit reference number; this can be located in your Operation & Maintenance Manual or on the vessel nameplate. This gives us a reference number that enables us to quickly identify your system.
